Where are you located?
Our main office is located in Le Buisson de Cadouin, France. However, we have members across the world.

to-ps image library was officially launched in April 2009 having formerly been terryodee-photostock as sub-section of the Terry O'Donnell Photographs.com website. It was decided to launch it in its own entity in late 2008 and then to create this comprehensive library service shortly after with the sole intention to provide a fairer option for photographers, artists and designers.

Some Internet Explorer 8 users are experiencing issues.

1. Select ‘Tools’ > ‘Compatibility View Settings’ add http://www.terryodee-photostock.com, http://www.terryodeephotostock.com, http://www.tops-image-library.com click on ‘Close’

2. Select ‘Tools’ > ‘Internet Options’ > SECURITY tab > set itto MEDIUM.Click on ‘Trusted Sites’ (green check mark) and click onSITES. Add the following: http://www.terryodee-photostock.com, http://www.terryodeephotostock.com, http://www.tops-image-library.com - click ADD. Close.

3. Go to the GENERAL tab and under 'browsing history' click DELETE,then select 'Temporary Internet Files' and 'Cookies'; click on DELETE.Let the browser empty it's cache. Restart your computer.

4. If you do not have Firefox installed on your computer we do recommend your trying it out. To download the free version go to the following link http://www.mozilla.com and use this to browse/download in to-ps image library, we think you will be pleased with the difference. :-))

How can I download photos?
You have a few options.
Firstly, you may download using pre-paid credits or buy a subscription. Credits allow you to download pictures of equal worth as the credits. Subscriptions allow you to download images at, varying, discounted prices depending on which subscription pack you buy.

Sign-up and account creation cost nothing, using the site costs nothing, there are no fees for anything beyond the 30% commission deducted on sales for contributing artists and the cost of buying credits or subscriptions for image buyers.

We have several purchasing options to choose from. Just see the credits and subscription sections in your account page.

To sell your photos or illustrations, you first have to sign up as a member. Then just sign in. Photographers should add three images to your private folder and illustrators/videographers add one file, just to show us what you can do. Once your contributing artist status is approved, you may begin uploading your image files!

When ever you want, we provide a service, not an internment! The only negotiable point would be any images released on Rights Managed or Rights Protected License

When ever you want. In your account page click on the section the image is housed in, click the 'edit' button and decide what you want to change. The on site info is done right here, ie, description, section, categories, keywords title. If it is the image you need to edit, simply upload the new version using the loading options below the image and when complete, delete the old image, job done. If you need to download the image to edit it, click the save button and once edited, follow the procedure outlined above.

No problem, we have deliberately faded the copyright watermark specifically for that purpose. To comp, simply right click and save or drag and drop into the folder you want to save in.

Yes, two ways available, either through their portfolio and via their website or use the library site mail. Either way is independent of the library and what ever arrangements made are independent of the library too.

No. They need to contact the artist first, this prevents any canvassing, hard sell and spam.

What is "Favorites"?
Favorites is our version of a 'lightbox'. It is a section in your members area where you can add images, it saves you searching for them later and you can review or download them at your leisure.

What is "Private"?
Private is a folder in which you can upload your initial evaluation image files and if you have RM images on license, the file attached to the license is stored here. The images contained in the private section are not listed on the public site.

What is "Microstock RF"?
The Microstock RF folder is where microstock images are uploaded. All images uploaded in this folder will require approval before showing on the web site, so please ensure you check all files at 100% before loading. Once they are approved anyone can download them provided they have purchased credits or a subscription.

Rights Managed is the folder where images subject to controlled usage, Rights Managed and Rights Protected, are stored. Prices for these images are not set, as the usage license and fees are negotiable depending on the use the image will be applied to, the displayed price is as a guide for limited use. Images in this section will be moved to the contributing artists private folder when on some license types, where they must stay for the duration of any RM/RP license attached to them. At the expiration of any RM/RP license they can be moved back.

Please note, images offered on this site for RM or RP Licensing must be offered exclusively on this site due to the nature of the license involved as we need to know and keep a record of, the images usage history, it will be a contractual obligation on the part of the contributing artists who submit work into this section.

Can I crop or edit your images?
Yes! As long as you do not re-sell or redistribute the image(s) or resulting image(s).

I am making website temples, which will be resold. Can I use your images?
No, our royalty free images are not allowed to be used in "boxed templates". However, if you are hired to make a website for a client, then you may use our RF images. The important distinction is that "boxed" / pre-made templates are selling the site, whereas an individual job is selling the service.To use images for this purpose you will need a rights managed license.

Can I resell or redistribute your images?
No. The resale and/or redistribution of our images is strictly prohibited.

I produce T-shirts/Screen savers/Mouse pads for resale. Can I use your images?
No. You may not reproduce our royalty free images for the purpose of resale. To use images for this purpose you will need a rights managed license.

I don't live in France - can I still buy a subscription?
Yes, you certainly can. We accept payments from nearly every country in the world via PayPal or Bank checks and money orders

A credit is the monetary unit of to-ps image library. Prices are shown in US Dollars and image files purchased with Credits.

1 credit = $ 0.50

Credit Validity
Credits can be used for 365 days from the date of purchase. After 365 days the Credits cannot be used and their value is lost. The member waives any claims in respect to this time limit.

Buying Credits
The minimum credit purchase is 10 Credits, the maximum is 200 Credits
It is necessary to create an account on the to-ps image library before Credits are purchased.
The credit purchasing methods available are:

* By credit card (Via PayPal secure servers)
* By Bank Check or Money Order

Do the subscriptions automatically renew?
NO. But you can use the renew button in the Reports section any time after the subscription has expired.
